Change in "Cost Basis" of a stock holding

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Investment some times make a "notional distribution" which reduces the cost basis of the investment without any change in the number of shares or any dividend being paid out. Is there a way to change the "Cost Basis" for that investment in the "Holdings" screen of the account?
