quick update for my Chase Acct s (plural) keep saying there was an error. non-chase acct s okay.

Even though a quick update gives this error message, the program updates my chase accts for items cleared and downloads my set-up of bill pay items set up on the chase websites.

    It would help if you mentioned the actual error message....
    If it is the Chase - OL-393 error - there is an Alert and a very long existing thread on that topic that you can follow -
