Can I set annual budget amounts with cents?

I need this because of unused budget amounts being rolled over into the new year. When the annual budget amount itself is rounded, but the year-to-date income and expense amounts are not rounded, it throws everything off a bit.

    Budget Actions -> View Options -> Show cents

    I figured it out. I can adjust the amount of the original budget allocation (which was entered by my predecessor) to include cents using Planning -> Budget -> Manage Budget Categories -> [gear icon to right of category] -> Edit Yearly Budget.
