How do I limit my active file to two years?

    WHY ? - this comes up all the time - it will not run faster, and you lose having your historical transactions avail

    Select File > Copy or Backup File..., choose Create a copy or template, select Next, set the From date, uncheck Uncleared transactions, Investment transactions, and Attachments, and select Save Copy.  Note: You may need to adjust the initial security holdings in the investment accounts and reestablish the online services.
