Rebuilding Memorized Payees List

Whay exactly transpires when you do this. What does it look for, add, delete, replace, or remove? Tools > Cntrl+Shift+Memorized Payees from dropdown list?

    Answer ✓
    When I did it, it reset the MPL and added extra entries into it.  These extra entries include items you have in the QuickFill list that are not in your MPL.  In short, the MPL and QuickFill sync up.  The responses in this post from last April may help:
