It told me to remove a share buy which was added and when I did that I realised I need to undo it

the remove transaction shows up in search on the register but it wont let me edit it

  I need to re add it as it now is gone but register still shows earlier purchase

  It is not clear exactly what happened, but the only way to undo a change you made is to restore a backup from before the change.
