[Bug report] Some international keyboard keys broken

When using Quicken 27.1.41.19 (on Windows 11) with the keymap set to US Interntional, there are problems entering some characters using the right ALT (Alt Gr) key.
For example, AltGr+z is supposed to make an 'æ' character, but Quicken treats it the same as ctrl+z (undo).

Quicken has never supported international keyboards. And it doesn't support unicode.
It is my pure luck international codes happen to work in some cases.Signature:

@uxorious - I am able to create this character Quicken but in a roundabout way. I had to turn on the Caps lock and then Shift+AltGr+z. ( æ ). If I didn't do the Caps lock first it produced a capital ( Æ ). And, if I didn't use the shift key, it didn't work at all and behaved as you stated.
