All I want to do is change the font size

I don't understand why the font is so small on the latest update. I can change it on the register, but nowhere else. I have tried all the fixes I can find. The compatibility stuff didn't work. Changing it in windows doesn't work. Use large font changes the size to an unmanageable level. Changing it in accessibility setting doesn't work. Seriously guys, how am I supposed to use a product I can't read. How hard is it to ask to be able to change the font? I have Windows 11. I'm still wishing we could go back to Windows 7 but that's a whole other can of worms.

    @River23 - have you tried going into Edit->Preferences->Register->Fonts



    You can change font size and also try different fonts for better readability.

    If you haven't already, you may want to consider adjusting the display scaling: right click on the Windows desktop and select Display settings
