Wells Fargo Credit Card Transactions Overwriting Values (Q Mac)

For about a month now I have had issues with my Wells Fargo visa transactions downloading twice and overwriting values. The transactions will download once - I will go through and correct all the names and categories. The next day they will download again and erase all the changes I made before. They aren't duplicating the transactions but it's very annoying to lose all the inputs I had entered the first time.

    Do you use the Quicken mobile app or web interface? When you go to Preferences > Mobile, Web & Alerts, is Sync set to on or off?

    I don't use either the mobile app or web interface - only the quicken for Mac app. Sync is set to OFF.
