Sam's Club MC Online Bill not refreshing

The online bill for Sam's Club MC is not refreshing. It shows the correct bill when I manually refresh it, but when I go to review the pdf it is the original bill from when I originally added the biller... See attached

    And when you go to the credit card website, is there a newer statement already available?
    I mean, the "July statement" as of 8/2 seems to me as up to date as one can get, given the fact that today is 8/8.

    8/2 is the statement date of the current statement but the statement actually being pulled is 7/1/22, July statement with due date 7/25/22. Yes, the August statement, 8/2 is available on the website. So it appears that quicken sees the August statement (Statement date 8/2), but is not loading the actual statement. There should be 2 statements, July and August, but only one statement PDF is downloaded.
