Online Payee List Grayed Our/Won't Function

Recently my bank (Wintrust) implemented changes to its online platform which resulted in connection issues for some of us and some reconfiguring on the customer end. Today I've realized that my online payee list won't function and buttons like "New" and "Use" are grayed out. As part of the reconfiguring I went through the process to reactivate online payment and that function shows as active; but it's not. I'm stumped and stuck.

    Did you see this alert about Wintrust?
    Until they have solved their problems, I'm afraid you will be stuck. Try performing your bill pay actions directly from either the bank's website or, failing that, from the biller's website itself.

    I don't ereceive any errors when I update and I am able to connect to Wintrust and download my transactions. Can the lack of function of the Quicken billpay payees and grayed out buttons be a Wintrust problem? That seems odd.
