Rearrange Accounts pane is NOT fixed in R43.14

I still cannot see the buttons which are supposed to be there.

Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

    The buttons are supposed to be all the way at the bottom and are for me.

    To fully compare notes, both of you need to describe the specifics of your monitor configuration:
    using View / Use large fonts, screen size, resolution, Windows Display settings for text size (100%, 125%, other), more than 1 monitor, anything else only you have?

    The buttons worked for some people in the previous release, too, but not for me, and they still don't. You can see from my screen shot I'm not making this up.

    The behavior is completely unchanged for me from the previous version.
    The way I can see the buttons is to reduce the height of the main Quicken window. The height of the Rearrange pane must be computed based on that.
