Why are release notes not visible after installing R43.14?

Hi,
Just installed latest patch from within Quicken after doing 1-Step Update and the release notes turn up in a blank box. Doesn't matter whether I try to view them before/after installation or afterwards from Help menu / Release notes.

I did find a workaround just now by going to Help / What's New in Quicken - there the release notes are visible.

Quicken release Q/A could be improved.

    Strange, it comes up for me (from Help -> Release Notes):

    Yes, it does for me >>now<< but did not just after I installed the update. My comments are all about what I saw just after applying the update when Quicken started up for the first time on the new release.
