how to change from don't add to quicken to get an option to "add to quicken".

When adding a credit card account to quicken , it found the cards that I have but both had don't add to quicken" and there is no way to change it. I have deleted the account and re added them, but still cannot get the screen to add to quicken. I use direct connect with amex.
