i keep getting an error message that quicken online isnt available and to check back in 10 minutes

i cant get quicken to download any transactions or sync online the message states the online system is unavailable and has been for more than a day.. i reloaded qjuicken yesterday and that cleared the error i was receiving about my subscription expiring even though i'm paid until November but i cant get this error to clear.
