Chase re-authorization - does not complete

I follow the prompt within Quicken, and log into Chase. I get a completely blank browser page with a Chase logo at the top (no list of accounts) and an endless "progress" circle going round in Quicken. Will not complete task. Help!

    After several minutes, the Chase browser page changed to "Outage Chase" Then "we'll be back shortly.
    I guess I'll try again later.
