Why can't I upgrade from Deluxe?

I got stuck in the Chase No Direct Connect any more and so I figured I might as well upgrade to the Premier that includes paying thru quicken (only 12 I guess). I got a free bonus addon for 5 free payments a month but I want to just upgrade. My current plan doesn't expire until July of 2023.

I really don't understand why the upgrade button is there but I can't click on it.

    I don't think upgrades pro-rated during a subscription period work correctly on the website. You should contact Quicken Support; they should be able to calculate the pro-rated cost of upgrading to Premier and charge your credit card for the purchase.
