I got a new computer and I open quicken put it has old information. where is all my information?

I had windows 7. I have now windows 11. I download quicken and I had a back up done to this new computer. but when I open quicken i am missing information

  When you downloaded Quicken, did you log into your Quicken Account on the Web, using your Browser and downloaded Quicken from your Account?

  
  

  Did you do a Manual Backup of Quicken on your Windows 7 Computer?
