Adding Quicken Credit Card

I need help as I called the credit card company for help and they couldn't help me, It tells me to create a new password which I did and now I get this issue and it sets it up as a checking account not a credit card if I do it manually this is a totally new computer and file. any suggestions. I'm hoping you can see my screen shot

oh weird i don't know how to show you what it showed then, but i can't add it to quicken it asks for changing a new password and asks me to change it and it doesn't work any ideas0
