I am unable to update retirement plan assumptions.

Using deluxe version on subscription so I have the latest revision. When I click to update plan assumptions, a window opens and informs me that navigation was cancelled. What am I missing?

  Try closing Quicken and then deleting this folder and then restart Quicken:
  C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Cache
