Chase accounts have pending transactions included in reconciliation

Only Quicken Inc/Intuit/Chase can fix the Online Balance, but given that it wrong you shouldn't be reconciling to it and accepting a balance adjustment.  You should instead switch to reconciling to the "statement balance" (which can be what you see on the Chase website).

Go to the Account Details -> Online Services tab and deselect "Reconcile using online balance".
