    I am sorry for these difficulties with online banking services. Thank you for requesting assistance here on the Quicken Community.

    It is standard for many financial institutions to provide merely the last 90 days' worth of transactions from you account(s). What 'instance' of Chase are you currently using to link your account(s) to online banking services in the Add Account window? 

    I look forward to hearing back from you about this, and hope to provide further recommendations after hearing your answer.

    When you log onto the Chase website, see if you can download your transactions for the time period you want into a QFX or Quicken file. After that file downloads to your computer, toy can import it into Quicken. As Jared said above, most financial institutions won't provide more than 90 days of transactions in a direct download to Quicken.
