Trouble With Chase and Quicken

Since the change with Chase and Quicken, Quicken no longer reconciles with Chase. Since 9/2 I have had 9 balance adjustments when I download transactions. If I go to Chase and download transactions some transactions Quicken has not downloaded appear - but many duplicate transactions come up - some as long as a year ago.

As the the first issue - no longer reconciles - when I made the changeover from DC to EWC+ for my two Chase credit cards both Accounts had their original Opening Balances changed. You might go and see if that happened to you.However, after accepting the 1st balance adjustment - maybe because of a changed Opening Balance number - that should have been the end of having to resort to balance adjustments, so something else is going on. I'd advise contacting Official Quicken Support: https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-support-options0
