Reauthorize accounts

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I am using the latest updated version of Quicken starter on a Windows 10 PC.
I now get the message ‘Your financial institution connections need an update’ to Reauthorize.
After doing this, I no longer can download transactions from Bankamerica.
Do need to ‘reauthorize’?

I think the first thing I would verify is that the reauthorization was successful. You can easily do this by looking directly under the name of the account at the top left of the Account Register. It should show that the account is connected with Express Web Connect+. Do you see that?
