Quicken offline access?

Just went through Hurricane Ian and can't access Quicken because no internet. Luck to have power. Went to community center to send this.
Has to be a way to access files offline.

  Wow!  I hope you and yours are safe and secure!

  To be able to access files offline I suggest you disable your Internet connection in Settings.  When you get Internet access restored, re-enable your Internet connection.

  Let me know whether or not that resolves your issue.
