unable to update Financial Institution branding ands profile

I have noticed that several of my banks have branding and profile needs updating when i look at the list using the ctrl-F3 contact info in the online center. clicking refresh and then updating doesn't fix the issue. Quicken version is 44.23

Any workarounds?

PS: These all appear to be the institutions that have updated to EWC+

    If you are talking about the images and text that are associated with a given financial institution, I wouldn't worry about it, lots of them are not kept up to date, but that doesn't affect the "branding" that includes the important information like the URL to contact for downloading transactions.
