Chase downloads

It is now over 1 month with no resolution and no expected date for resolution!!! Why would you not have tested the Chase transaction download before moving forward? Extremely poor customer service to go a month with no resolution. Why not just go back to the previous way of downloading until you and Chase can resolve this issue. Yes it’s more secure - no one can download.

    There are dozens of topics and hundreds of messages on the Chase migration. 

    What’s your specific issue details - or follow along in any of the other dozens of Chase topics.

    Why do people think that Quicken Inc has any choice in this?
    Chase turned off Direct Connect there is no way to go back and use it again.
