As of last quicken update, I can no longer log in to Bank of America

I discovered that the program removed my previously stored password from the password vault. The program does not accept the password that I use to log onto Bank of America directly. Prior to a few days ago, it did. I tried to re-store my password in the vault, but it is acting as if I am not typing anything - it rejects my password immediately - so fast that it couldn't have had time to consult with the bank. It just tells me that I have to enter a password - not that my password is invalid.

Have you "reauthorized", which switches to Express Web Connect +?
Express Web Connect + doesn't use your username and password, as such isn't stored in the Password Vault any more.

Thank you. That solved it. I should point out that there is no mention of "reauthorize" in any of the menus and I searched help for "express web connect +" and found nothing. I only found the "reauthorize" button by doing a failed login attempt, and I couldn't do it with my actual password because that failed outright as if I'd never entered anything. I had to put in a bogus password before it took me to the error message where "reauthorize" was an option.

In any event, it's working again, so Thank You.

I'm glad you found the answer.  The reauthorize should have been there as soon as you tried to download transactions, but some people have reported strange behaviors.
