chase- future payment did not pass to quicken

so i entered a credit card payment with a pay date of 11/22 on chase.com.. it it there. Normally this would pass to quicken with a future data- what changed?

The syncing of future bill payments to Quicken is a feature that only Direct Connect supports. When you changed over to Express Web Connect + that feature is no longer supported.
You will have to use a reminder in Quicken or manually enter the transaction, or just wait until it downloads with it clears.Signature:
