Login impossible

Unable to enter the website. Unable to use windows application. The error is always wrong credentials. I have already changed the password several times. I have installed and uninstalled the application for windows several times but no result. I ask for help. Regards. Mauro

    Are you in the US or Canada? Are you using a VPN?

    Italy..... I have been using the program for about 4 years. then from February this year I changed. But quicken always remains the best and I wanted to come back.

    Quicken apparently changed to not allow IP addresses from outside the US and Canada to not have access to Quicken servers. Others have reported similar problems. Can you setup a VPN to a US server?

    I tried. With VPN, Access from the web works. Access from windows application works. Android application, with vpn on usa server does not work. Do you have any other valuable advice?

    I don't believe the Mobile app will work even using a VPN.
