Spending by Category Transaction report pie chart

I created a report with a pie chart with data below it. Quicken shows the chart icon in the list. Now the pie chart doesn't show when I run it. Also, I used to be able to click on the category and it would show a vertical bar chart that showed spending by month. Why did this feature go away?

    Please go to Help > About Quicken and let us know what Edition (Starter, Deluxe, etc) and Version you are running.

    When you run the report, is there a Show graph button at the top right? You should get a pie chart if the Column is set to None and a bar chart if there are time period columns. Clicking on a Category shows the transactions for the category, not a bar chart.
