Change to Find function?

Just got prompted to install an Update to my Quicken Deluxe for Windows and now have R45.11 Build 27.1.45.11. At first login I checked out the What's New notification and was pleased to see that Find now was going to have a second row of search parameters, something I've long wanted. Proceeding to check this out I don't find this to appear when searching with Find in checking accounts. I also can't seem to revive the What's New notification to see what I missed or misunderstood. Anyone have ideas?

    The feature was added to Find and Replace, but not to Find.
    Select: Edit -> Find and Replace and then select the icon below:
