transactions stopped downloading since 12.28.22

My quicken for mac was working fine. My last download was 12.28.22. My account is up to date and membership is paid. But suddenly today when I download transactions from all institutions, they don't import/download into my quicken. I had closed and reopened the program. I ran the latest update just now, and its still not working. There are no error messages, its just not working.
