Error cc-505 when trying to connect

I downloaded quicken deluxe, R46.12 , 27.1.46.12 for windows 10. Any ideas?

    Which bank are you having problems with?
    The error code, CC 505, means that the bank is actively blocking your attempts to connect from Quicken.

    Try logging on to the CU's website. See if you can download a range of transactions as a QFX file and import that into Quicken instead. That may be the only way going forward.
    A call to the CU Support might shed some light on this issue, but you may have to ask for a 2nd tier support person who is familiar with Quicken downloads.
