End of Year in Quicken for Windows

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I used to be able to create an end of year file (not a report) and start using a new file with only the current year transactions. I can't find that link any more....did it go away? Is there a new way to do it and I'm just not seeing it? Thanks!

File -> Copy or Backup -> Create a year-end archive0
