Archive past years

I have transactions dating back to 2001. How do I archive, backup or delete transactions ? PLEASE don't tell me "don't do it". I've been doing it for years (started Quicken in floppy disk days). I only want to have current year and "last year" in my current file (if you want records in current file back to the Dark Ages, fine--I don't). "Archive" menu option seems to be missing. I used to be able to remove (in this case 2021) from current and archive it on my PC drive.
