Still no way to contact support by chat or phone

It's now at least a couple of years sine I first reported this issue and when going to Help Chatting or Calling requires signing in but that function doesn't work and neither does the contact us on that screen. Trying on both Firefox and Chrome.

I get to the screen that says: "Welcome, How can we help...," etc. It has never worked. I will post a separate question with the actual issue about which I was trying to reach support.

In Firefox, what are your settings?
Under Privacy & Security I use Enhanced Tracking Protection = “Standard”.
“Block Popup windows” is enabled, with an exception set to allow https://www.quicken.com

Are you allowing pop-ups in your web browser?

Yes. First thing I've checked over the years that this has been an ongoing issue. No problem like this with any other site.

I did have it in my exceptions but it turns out it was the http:... version, which worked at some point, when I initially added it. Adding another as https:... fixed it. Wonder why for the past few years no one else has suggested this. In any case, thank you for posting the actual exception details so I could see what the difference was.

Apparently no one works at Quicken anymore. An update eliminated the “transaction” button that allowed me to record my stock sales. I think they want Q to gather all the info and enter it, but I wish to keep my finger on the pulse. I can find no link to a chat or phone person.

I have been using Quicken since 1997. If I can no longer run the program, I will have to quit Q. How do I contact “help”?

    What browser are you using?
Please reread my earlier response about settings in Firefox and apply them to your browser settings.

    • To contact Quicken Support, please use this link only: https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support and select Chat or Phone support.
    • Support is only available during posted hours of operation
    • The phone number can be found at the support website.
    • To start Chat or see the support phone number, your browser must allow popup windows from https://www.quicken.com
      See
    • If you are eligible for Premium Support (purchased separately or included as part of your subscription to Quicken Premier or HB&R) call the number that can be found at the top of your My Account page at https://www.quicken.com/my-account (US) or https://www.quicken.com/canada/my-account (Canada) when you log in with your Quicken ID. Place the call using the phone whose number is recorded in your account profile.
    • Other links or phone numbers found elsewhere on the Internet, even in some posts or emails received from other Community members, may not be from Quicken or may not be up-to-date. Use those at your own risk.
    • Unlike other so-called "Quicken support providers", the real Quicken Support is free for all currently supported versions.

If you haven't done so already, please start a separate NEW DISCUSSION and give us all the pertinent details, including your exact version, edition level and release of Quicken. US or Canadian version? Windows or Mac?
This makes it possible for us to try and provide solutions to your specific problem.
