Can i use Quicken to manage finances for an S Corp

I have Quicken Home & Business to manage my 1099 income but have recently upgraded this to an S Corp where I am an employee of that Corp. I'm being otld to switch to QuickBooks but I wantedt o check if it is at all possible to manage from Quicken

    Q cannot handle inventory or payroll.

    Does your S Corp have those?
