One Step Update not functioning

Quicken lock up when I press the One Step update function. It just freezes.

    What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release (R xx.xx) of Quicken are you using?
    US, Canadian or other country version?
    Is your subscription expired or still active?
    Click Help / About Quicken to get this information.
    Have you let it run for at least 30 minutes? If OSU is hung up waiting for an unresponsive server, it should time out after 30 minutes and continue with an error message.

    US, Canadian or other country version? US version
    Is your subscription expired or still active? Active expires in 264 days
