Exporting Data

Since my credit union updated it site: Alabama Central Credit Union, i have been unable to export data from the site to my Quicken's register. Any solutionfor this? I keep getting a message from them stating that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. Going into the third week now.

    Are you manually downloading Web Connect .QFX files from the website or using One Step Update?
