Banking account transaction dates

why do my banking records only go back to the date I started using quicken?

    I can only access account data from my bank beginning last April when I started using quicken. I need checking account data from the beginning of 2022 in January.

    When did you start using Quicken? Which banks(s)?

    Typically, banks provide the last 90 days of transactions in downloading to Quicken. It's not something Quicken controls; it's up to each financial institution. Some banks also allow you to download a QFX file with transactions that go back a year, perhaps even more, which you can then import into Quicken.
