Deposit transaction downloads from bank as debit/payment

Recently when I download transactions from my bank, deposits are showing up as payments/debits. I have to manually change them. Anyone else have this issue?

  What bank? What type of account? When you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows as the Download Method?
