Custom Categories - Quicken Canadian Subscription

I understand custom Category Groups, however is it possible to create custom Categories?

    Go to Tools > Category List and click on the New Category button at the top right.

    Or, if what the OP meant was "subcategories", do as Jim_Harman indicated and then select the "subcategory of" radio button option.
