How do I stop Quicken from entering transactions unless I request an update?

I just entered a future payment into my bank's website. When I opened Quicken to manually enter the transaction, it was already in the the register without any input from me. I do not want Quicken communicating with any of my accounts unless I specifically request a download.

    Do you have a Reminder set up for this transaction? Reminders can be set to automatically enter transactions in your register.

    Is Mobile and Web sync enabled at Edit > Preferences > Mobile & Web? That might access your online accounts as well.
