How do I get the budget rollover balances to print on the reports?

While the budget balances from planning will rollover, the reports for all months that have rollover amounts do not print on the reports. I need a way to get this to print. Perhaps an update in a future release, if there isn't a way to do it now? Support indicated that it was currently not possible.
