How do I get the prompt to print a reconciliation report again?

I followed the recommendations here:

Mine was already checked and some accounts the pop up dialog box shows up, other accounts it does not. I called support but they were unhelpful.

Any suggestions?

    Have you tried Edit / Preferences / Alerts & Messages / Click "Reset Quicken Warnings"?
