can Apple Pay account be added to Quicken Deluxe?

Apple Pay in my experience is not a credit card, but a connection to a credit card and the charges don't show up in Apple Pay but the credit card, so there is nothing to connect to.

It is similar to a debit card connected to a checking account, the card holds no information, it is just a secondary path to the checking account and all the transactions against the debit card show up in the checking card.

Now, if you are referring to the Apple's credit card, that is a different story and I believe that you have to download those transactions via the phone app for import into Quicken (unless that has recently changed, I don't have one, so no experience).
