cant transfer security from one account to another

TDWaterhouse moved to Schwab. I have several accounts that allowed me to do a transfer "all securities" from one account to the next. But one of the accounts with only one security will not allow me to transfer. It says "No securities available to transfer from this account" Except if I look at the holdings the security is there with lots of shares. Not sure why it is not allowing me to transfer. It worked on the other accounts
