CC-800 error with Bask Bank?

Has anyone else been getting the CC-800 error with Bask Bank? Has been going on for over a week now. I have tried multiple times resetting and deactivating and reactivating online services but nothing solves the issue.

    I am not seeing anyone else post about this issue with Bask Bank. The normal troubleshooting steps for this issue are to do Update Now and if that does not work to deactivate/reactivate the account. Since that has not worked for you it might be time to contact Quicken Support as is suggested in this Support Article: https://www.quicken.com/support/error-message-when-updating-accounts-cc-800 .

    Seems to be working now. It seems the issue was that I had an account that was not closed but did have a zero balance which was generating the error so I deactivated that account. The other Bask Bank account now works fine.

    @shidden - I'm glad you got the one account to work, again. But the other account having a $0 balance by itself should not have caused this issue….unless that account is actually closed at Bask Bank.

    But since it is an open account and if you will be using it in the future I am assuming that you will want to be able to download transactions in to Quicken at that time. You did the 1st half of the troubleshooting process and deactivated that account. Did you try to reactivate it which is the other half of that troubleshooting process?

    I did and the error came back.
