Loading quicken on new laptop

Quicken Windows 2017 Member
I have downloaded quicken 2017 and installed on my laptop. It is asking me to sign up. Even after correct crediential it is not signing up and saying password is not correct. They sent me 6 digit code number of times and reset pwd number of times. Still it is not validating.
